SO!

Friday, I was Fon Master Ion from Tales of the Abyss.
Saturday belonged to Nia Teppelin from Gurren Lagann.
Sunday was taken over by Ritsuka Aoyagi from Loveless.

All in all, a very wonderful convention! I was able to meet Vic Mignogna as he was passing by and took three group photos and then later, I found him again and took a picture of just the two of us. He is very talented and I know he must have heard so many words of praise and admiration, but he is a kind man. His concert was really fun, too.

I met some new friends, too! And I got to meet up with some friends from Louisianime, so that's always fun! I miss you guys already!! The ball was fun, thanks for being this Ion's Anise, Yuugao! :]

On Friday, we went to Raising Cane's and that was just great. We were in our cosplays, so I was walking around as the human greenbean with Jade, Luke, Guy, and Inu-Yasha. My poor mother xD She just laughed and enjoyed everything. One of the employees got our picture and was all excited. I absolutely love the people in Lafayette. They just seem so much nicer than the people here.

Saturday was the cosplay contest. It wasn't as good as last year's, but the L x Light skit made my day. Afterwards, we went out to eat some Japanese, so that's always a fun time! Yet again, an employee asked for our picture and was asking about the convention. He wanted to go, but didn't know if he could pay for just one night. The rave was that night, you see...

At the Rave, I was with two of my friends since the others weren't feeling very well. All during the con, I kept finding a Dante from the series Devil May Cry that I would continuously fangirl over and glomp. He was so nice! At the rave, I saw him just standing alone and hugged him from behind. He just turned around and laughed, taking off my glasses. I think he was either completely weirded out by my stalking or felt a little appreciation for it. Either way, I'm just for some reason obsessed xD Later on, I stopped him in the hall and said, "Okay, I just need a picture together!" So we just squeezed each other and my friend took the picture. Con's really make the best memories!!

AND Sunday.
It didn't last very long, but it was fun! We were Loveless, so I was Ritsuka. We had a Soubi, Natsuo, and Ritsu-Sensei [our Nagisa-sensei couldn't make it :<] Along the lines, someone told us, "Hey! I just saw a Youji over that way~!" so we were like, "OMGNUWAI!" So we found our pretty little Youji and hung out the entire day and met her friend who was cosplaying Haruhara Haruko from FLCL!

All in all, an amazing weekend. I'm a little sad that it's already over.
